For the Ormana tour, our guests start from the Side region and are picked up from the hotels where they stay between 08:30 — 09:30 by our professional guides (German, English, Russian) with our comfortable and air-conditioned vehicles. The tour begins after all our guests are picked up from their hotels. First, we take a 20-minute break in an orange garden in Sarılar village. In the orange garden, our guide informs you about the types of oranges grown here and when they grow. Afterwards, you can stroll around the garden and drink freshly squeezed orange or pomegranate juice if you wish. After this break, our tour continues towards the Taurus Mountains. With a half-hour drive from the orange garden, we reach Avasun village, one of the most beautiful mountain villages of Manavgat. During your walk with our guide in this village, our guide will give you information about Avasun village, surrounding villages and the life of the people here. During this walk, you can also see the fruits grown in the region, as well as the bay plants growing throughout the village, and collect bay leaves. After a wonderful 10-minute walk in Avasun village, our vehicle takes us to the observation deck located at 1200 meters in the Taurus Mountains, a 20-minute journey. We take a 10-minute photo break here. From this terrace, you can see Oymapınar and Managat dam lakes, famous for their lush green waters, from a bird’s eye view. Departing from the observation deck, our vehicle takes you to the Ürünlü village of İbradı district, within the lush green forests of the Toros Mountains, with a 30-minute journey. Starting from the village of Ürünlü, you will see the buttoned houses, which are the most important examples of the architecture specific to the region. During your 15-minute walk with our guide in Ürünlü village, you will see the best examples of buttoned houses. After taking a 15-minute break at a cafeteria at the exit of the village we reached by walking, our vehicle brings us to the natural wonder Altınbeşik cave in the national park. Inside the Altınbeşik cave, there is the world’s third largest and Turkey’s largest underground lake. After our guide informs you about the cave, you will have the opportunity to see and photograph the golden natural bridge and travertines inside the cave during the wonderful 15-minute journey you will take with their inflatable boats. After leaving the cave, you will reach our restaurant in Ormana village on the outskirts of Karadağ, with a 20-minute drive by car. After lunch, we arrive at Belenalan village, where we will take our last break, with a 30-minute journey. Here, after our guide shows you one of the oldest primary schools in the region, an Ottoman-era mosque and one of the buttoned houses, you will have half an hour to visit the village. 1 hour after our vehicle departs from Belenalan village, you will arrive at your hotel around 17.30 — 18.00, depending on the location of your hotel.
